The Natural Indian Tonic from Franklin & Sons, is one of our favourite Indian Tonics, because of the sublime balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness.
This tonic, is fantastic if you need a little bitternes to your drink, but without requirering a blast of acidity that overpowers and eliminates your Gin.
