Grapefruit (zest)

Description

Tip: slice a thin wheel of the grapefruit, and place in your drink. Often works very well with Rosemary!

Or use a peeler, to just get a slice of zest, which you just squeeze lenghtwise over your glass to release the oils from the zest. Run the squeezed zest on the rim of the glass, before placing it into your drink.
