Description
San Pellegrino Acqua Tonica is a fairly dry allround Tonic, produced in the Italian region, Lombardia.
The Tonic has a nice citrus-like acidity to it, and since it's a less sweeter Tonic than many others, it will feel a bit to the Dry side as the quinine is more obvious. Also worth mentioning is, that this Tonic has fairly big bubbles - some like this, but others will find it a bit to dominant.
The tonic will work great, with many Gins - but with the highend premium Gins, we would often recommend you to choose a more gentle Tonic for your Gin.
