Herbie Gin

Herbie Gin – a new Danish hand distilled London Dry Gin. It is made with 10 botanicals like juniper, fennel seeds, rosemary, orange peel, Danish apples and liquorice root. If you are a liqourice fan, this is the gin for you!

As a alternative to the alcohol based gin, Herbie has also made a non-alcohol version, called Herbie Virgin. Agreed – it is not a gin – but mixed with the right ingredients you will have a great drink AND be able to drive our car!

We love the fact that Denmark is on the move when it comes to new distilleries and that they really push the envelope then it comes to ingenuity and new taste experiences!
