Mango
Description
A mango slice in your drink will add sweetness and an “exotic” flavor to the nose and the taste. Always use a ripe mango: give the mango a light pressure and see if it gives in to it. The ripe fruit may have small black spots on the skin – this is not a bad sing but simply an indication of a high sugar content.
