Description
Il Mio is a Italian inspired Gin, made in Denmark - from typical Italian herbs and botanicals like thyme, oregano, coriander rosemary and olive leaves - besides the mandatory junipers. If you add to that, a bit of zest from oranges and lemons - then you have definate success!
The result is a "classic" London Dry Gin - but with a "italian spicy twist" that makes the Gin really enjoyable both neat, as well as in a Gin & Tonic + cocktails for that matter!
As a Gin & Tonic, you can take the drink in several directions - but we prefer to build on the orange, with a bit of zest as garnish.
