Dew

Do you know the feeling, when to take a walk on a summernight, and the dew have started falling? Remenber the smell and the scents hitting your nose? Flowers, sweetness and perhaps you can smell the dew?

This is exactly what the Master Distiller Kim Møller Elshøj have tried to capture, in this Gin.

With botanicals like Violets, elderflower, cucumber and junipers, he has actually made quite a nice job in recreating this feeling, which goes to say that this is not a very juniperheavy Gin, but ofcourse in the opposite end of the scale.

You can easily drink this Gin neat, but with a Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a small lemon zest, it opens up to a crisp and very nice Gin & Tonic.
