This tonic  actually have a perfect balance between the bitterness and the acidity and sweetness.

It has however, a lemon-ish taste which means you need to be careful with the Gins you pair it with. It can influence the taste and balance in the Gin.

The bubbles however, are fine and easy on the tongue.
