Lamb & Watt Original Tonic Water

Description

British Halewood Wines & Spirits released a series of very nice Tonics in 2017, inspired by a producer of sirups and cordial mixers from last century, by the name of Lamb & Watt. This name has been used for the entire series, which are all containing blue agave sirup and (almost) all infused with different tastes, which kan be used to complement or twist the expression in the Gin, in any direction you wish.

These tonics are made to work great with other spirits as well, if Gin is not your favourite thing (wait - did I just write this??), as they all in general have a very low level of bitterness.

This Original Tonic Water is the most classic of the Lamb & Watt tonics, having a light dryness and a subtle bitter kick from the quinine - in just the right way.

You can use this Tonic with many Gins, as I will both support the flavours in the Gin, as well as leaving you plenty of room, to take the drink in any direction you wish using garnishes or even jam.
