G & Fever Tree Indian Tonic

This exact Gin & Tonic, won Gold in the IWSC 2017 awards - and that's no wonder....!

The combination on G Gin and Fever Tree Indian Tonic, gives you a very unusual take on a GT based on London Dry, as it is very little dry, compared to what you might expect from this type of gin  - esepcially paired with an Indian Tonic.

About the garnish - we discovered that using just the lemon zest - as we normally would - is not the ideal combo for this Gin. For some reason, using a full wheel of lemon, makes the GT much more smooth, round and extremely tasty. So disregard what you see on this image, where we only use the zest and for the sake of the photo, also added rosemary - go with the goog old lemon wheel, and perhaps a few dried junipers, if you need to.

At the time of writing, we have not yet tried the GT with other Indian Tonics, but imagine that we would have no problem making it work with Erasmus Bond Dry Tonic or perhaps a Aqua Monaco Dry Tonic as well.
