Pink Pepper Gin & Tonic

This Gin & Tonic is for you, who like to experience something different and something a little to the spicy side.

The Gin as mentioned, is quite unique in its expression, and you therefor do not need to go overboard, with the garnish.
The best combination in our opinion, is definately using Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic, where the bitternes from angoustura bark, really support the Gin well.

Take a big glass and fill with ice. Add 5cl gin and about 10cl tonic and a broken Bay leaf, and/or a slice of grapefruit (or lemon) zest and you have a fabulous Gin Tonic.

If you prefer a little more sweetness, you can also use a Indian Tonic such as Fever Tree Indian Tonic or even Erasmus Bond Dry Tonic.

Tip: although being the obvious choice, stay clear of pink peppers as garnish, as you will get plenty of this from the Gin itself, and it most likely will be to much it you addmore to the drink.
